From November 10 to 16, TCM students from Malaysia conducted an in-depth study tour in Zhuzhou. Centering on the theme of *Understanding Tao through Medicine and Nourishing the Mind via Zen*, the study tour adopted a combination of theoretical lectures, practical operation of Fuyang Jar Therapy, and Zen meditation experience, enabling participants to fully appreciate the unique charm of Fuyang culture in an all-round way.

During the training, teachers from Zhuzhou Fuyang Vocational Training School delivered diversified professional courses focusing on core Fuyang theories, traditional Chinese medicine principles, Zen tapping therapy, and holographic tongue diagnosis. They systematically elaborated the fundamental theories of Fuyang medicine and emphasized the vital role of yang qi in human health, while citing research data to verify the clinical value of the intangible cultural heritage therapies.

In practical sessions, students learned and integrated multiple skills including pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, Fuyang Jar operation, Zen tapping and reflexology, comprehensively improving their professional syndrome differentiation and therapeutic capabilities.

The study tour also arranged special cultural experience activities. Students traveled to Changsha and visited scenic spots blending history and modernity, gaining firsthand insight into the profound heritage of Chinese culture.

Centered on the Fuyang theory, the seven-day cross-border TCM study tour successfully built an all-round platform integrating theoretical learning, practical training, physical and mental cultivation, as well as cultural experience.

The program enabled Malaysian participants to deeply appreciate the profound charm of TCM culture and served as a valuable cross-border cultural exchange event.
